This software is licensed as follows:

1. So long as you are an academic or nonprofit researcher, Company hereby grants to you free-of-charge a nonexclusive license to use, copy, and make derivative works of this software and associated documentation files and any derivative works made by you thereof (collectively, the “Software”), solely for educational or academic research purposes, subject to the terms of this Academic Software License. All rights are reserved by Company under the Company’s copyright ownership interest in the Software.

2. You are prohibited from transferring or distributing the Software—including any derivatives you make thereof—to any person or entity. If you wish to make available to others those derivative works of the Software made by you, you may submit your derivatives to the Company for consideration for inclusion in the Simian GitHub repository.
